At Fully Organic, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

You received a damaged product.

You received the wrong item.

The product arrived in an unusable condition.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened products.

Used products.
-
Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

Items returned after the reporting period.
Refund Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

A replacement product may be shipped.

A full or partial refund may be issued depending on the situation.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
